Here’s your weekly recap—the most viewed news stories on our site for the week ending on June 21, 2025.

L’Oreal launched its first global multi-brand, multicategory, multi-channel campaign. Join the Refill Movement campaign highlights the eco-friendly advantages of refills as well as the Group’s brands that offer a variety of refill options.

This past week, the beauty industry mourned the loss of ELC’s Leonard A. Lauder, who passed away at the age of 92 surrounded by his family.

Galderma established a new U.S. headquarters in the hub of medical spas and dermatological aesthetic clinics in Miami, Florida. Along with this new building, the company appointed Heather Wallace as President of Galderma U.S.

The CEO of P&G’s Specialty Beauty Division, Colin Walsh, is set to leave the company on August 1, 2025. John Brownlee, P&G’s Senior VP of North America Hair Care, will succeed Walsh while also remaining in his current position.

E.l.f. Cosmetics introduced the new “color e.l.f.nalysis”—a global, immersive digital experience for personalized beauty. This virtual color analysis tells users what colors work best with their skin tone and provides curated Pinterest boards for beauty inspiration.
